Mild temperatures in October and November often spells troubling news for retailers who rely on winter apparel sales to jumpstart the holiday shopping season. But there is good news. Although our fall season has been mild, retailers can expect to sell more than in 2015 because last year’s holiday season was the warmest in 120 years.
