Publishers Should Test Server-Side Header Bidding: Weather’s Hlavacek

Jeremy Hlavacek, The Weather Company’s VP of Global Automated Monetization, recently sat down with Beet.TV at the IAB’s Annual Leadership meeting to discuss programmatic sales, why publishers should test server-side header bidding, and the benefits of embracing this technology.

“Almost every publisher in the room said they had deployed some kind of header bidding. It drives a lot more yield for publishers, more competition against the inventory, [and] opens up new pools of inventory,” says Hlavacek.
