Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the winner of this year’s Marketing Word of the Year, according to the ANA (Association of National Advertisers).
A list of finalists was determined by ANA staff during the week of November 27th, and voted on by 403 ANA members. It’s clear from the results that AI is not just the marketing word of the year, it’s become “the epicenter of marketing, on an unavoidable collision course with our daily lives and jobs.”
